Purple Top Turnip

Highly attractive and highly digestible cool-season annual.  Proteins levels can measure up to 15-20%.  Deer munch on the tops before the bulbs freeze. Great for fall food plots and will last into the winter.

Planting:

• Plant up to ½“ inch deep

• August 1st into early fall

• Drill 4-6 lbs per acre

• Broadcast 6-8 lbs per acre

• pH: 6.0-7.0

Soil Type Preference: Heavy or light, well or poorly drained
